    Prof Suma Lalit highlighted that In a rapidly changing educational environment, adaptability and continuous learning are crucial. Faculty members with well-developed soft skills are better equipped to handle diverse classrooms, integrate new teaching methods, and foster holistic student development. Overall, soft skill development strengthens professional competence and enhances the quality of education. The session was informative and interactive with series of example.

    Prof Poonam also emphasis that for faculty members, strong communication and interpersonal skills help in delivering concepts clearly, engaging students, and creating a positive classroom environment. Skills such as empathy, active listening, and conflict management enable teachers to understand student needs and respond effectively to challenges.     The “AVSAR Job Fair “ was organized by the Training and Placement Cell of Pillai HOCL Educational Campus to provide students with employment opportunities under one roof. The aim of job fair was to bridge gap between job seekers and potential employers.

    The primary objective of job fair was to bridge gap between job seekers and potential employers, providing platform for students to secure employment opportunities.

    Dr. Pravin Ukey, chief guest for AVSAR job fair inaugurated the event.

    The primary objective of job fair was to bridge gap between job seekers and potential employers, providing platform for students to secure employment opportunities. The event helped companies to identify and recruit talented individuals.

    More than 50 companies participated in this job fair, representing diverse industries including IT, finance, marketing, manufacturing and more. The companies included both well established industries and new firms recruiting for various roles, offering jobs for fresher and experienced candidates as well.

    Companies offers roles in various domain such as software development, financial analysis, sales and marketing, engineering and many more.

    All the candidates really appreciate the opportunity to directly interact with the employer and explore multiple job opportunities under one roof.

    All the participating employers express their satisfaction regarding quality of job seekers and smooth functioning of job fair.
