INTRODUCTION :
The session on “Resume Building” was organized by the Training and Placement Cell of PHCET College to provide engineering students with knowledge regarding resume preparation. The session aimed to make student aware of importance of effective resume in upcoming placements.

To make aware all students about various aspects of resume preparation.

The session on “Resume Building” was organized by the Training and Placement Cell of PHCET College to provide engineering students with knowledge regarding importance of effective resume for fresher in campus recruitment.
The session aimed to get student equipped with idea of having well structured resume which will help them to clear CV selection process which is most important part of getting into any organisation. Miss. Tanushree Nair, an esteemed resource person facilitated the session.
The session commenced with an introduction to the significance of well crafted resume in job application process. Speaker emphasized the importance of presenting oneself effectively on paper with a view to catch attention of potential employers.
The session covered various aspects of resume writing including content, formatting and customization tailored to suit specific needs of engineering students.
