  • We strengthen that connection and cultivate an inner knowing that wisely directs and guides our lives.
  • We grow to face the challenges of life with courage and acceptance. We live by the heart, and become what we’re meant to be.
  • Heartfulness Institute offers a simple and practical way to learn relaxation and heart-based meditation.
  • Heartfulness Institute is a non-profit organisation offering this method in over a hundred and fifty countries throughout the world and to academic institutions, schools, colleges, universities, government organisations and corporates…

  • Heartfulness meditation has no association with any religion and everyone is welcome to practice.

What are Impressions? How are they caused?

  • All our thoughts, actions, reactions, and emotions leaves an impression in our sub-conscious Mind.
  • These impressions become the blueprint for our future thoughts and actions.
  • In this way, in a real sense, we become slaves of these impressions.

  • O Master! ——— Our Goal
  • Thou art the real goal of human life.—- Present state
  • We are yet but slaves of wishes— The Source of our Liberation, Recognizing That It Is God Alone Who Can Help Us Rise To The Higher State Of Existence.
  • Putting bar to our advancement.— It is a humble acknowledgement of where we are now and how we would like to grow.
  • Thou art the only God and Power
  • To bring us up to that stage.
