Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS) Questionaire

Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology (PHCET) is the institute which believes that Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS) helps educators to see what is important in their students’ world so that institute can make better plans for their goals, ambitions and activities. This is the continuous process practiced almost since the inception of the institute. Over the years the process is refined and it is made online for the last 2-3 years. The survey is conducted by Internal Quality Assessment Cell (IQAC) with the support of Heads of all the departments. It includes the questionnaire recommended by NAAC on different attributes of the teaching learning process. A google form the same was prepared and sent to all the students by their respective departments through class co-ordinators. The responses obtained on these dimensions are compiled into a spreadsheet, analysed and conclusions are drawn. The SSS report is prepared by IQAC and shared with all the heads of the departments and Principal. Necessary actions are usually taken at Institute as well as department level to improvise the overall teaching learning experience of all the stakeholders.
