Student Council 2019-20
Student Council Election was conducted officially by PHCET on 7th November, 2019 at 1st Floor Conclave in the presence of the Principal, HODs of all Department, Senior Faculties and students. One Senior teacher as coordinator of the students council was appointed by the principal. Nominations for the various posts under students council were given and later the elections were conducted without any bios. By the procedure of ballot voting President, Secretary, Lady representative, Reservation representative, along with Cultural Coordinator, Sports Coordinator and Project Coordinator. The objective of this elected Student Council is to conduct various events like special lectures, cultural events, sports, training program, industrial visit and interaction, conducting students enhancement workshops etc. for the students of PHCET.

Student Council 2018-19
Student Council Election was conducted officially by PHCET on 10th November, 2018 at 1st Floor Conclave in the presence of the Principal, HODs of all Department, Senior Faculties and students. One Senior teacher as coordinator of the students council was appointed by the principal. Nominations for the various posts under students council were given by every department of PHCET and later the elections were conducted based on these given nominations. By the procedure of ballot voting President, Vice president, Secretary and Vice secretary were elected. A special election was done on the same day for electing Lady representative, Caste representative, Sports representative and cultural representative.
The objective of this elected Student Council is to conduct various technical events like special lectures, training program, industrial visit and interaction, conducting students enhancement workshops etc. for the students of PHCET.

The students council made 75+ plus groups for all subjects of every year for all 7 branches of PHCET comprising of 5000 plus students in them. The groups helps in having subjective discussion, sharing knowledge though various social platforms etc.

Pledge taking ceremony was organized to mark this occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas
Ministry of HRD has accordingly desired that AICTE approved Institutes & University Departments including Private Institutes falling under State Universities to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel to celebrate 31st October, 2018 as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) in a befitting manner. A pledge taking ceremony was organized to mark this occasion, the student’s council arranged a grant gathering at PHCET.
