INTRODUCTION :
The session on “Job Quest..Aptitude Training” was organized by the Training and Placement Cell of PHCET College to provide engineering students with knowledge regarding upcoming placement. The session aimed to make student aware of importance of aptitude skills in upcoming placements.
OBJECTIVE: To make aware all students about aptitude test, skills required to succeed in various competitive exams.
COURSE CONTENT / DESCRIPTION :
Preparation for aptitude test to succeed in campus recruitment.
Awareness regarding training programs and placement activities.
All areas of quantitative and reasoning tests should be well prepared before appearing for placement drives.
Importance of communication in order to excel in group discussion process.

Mr. Aniket Savardekar is a founder “Truskill Academy” a professional aptitude trainer graduated from IIT Kanpur.
The session on “Job Quest..Aptitude Training” was organized by the Training and Placement Cell of PHCET College to provide engineering students with knowledge regarding upcoming placement.
In this orientation session, speaker discussed important topics like aptitude, reasoning and coding abilities that student need to possess during placement drives. The speaker stress about how to set and improve self-assessment, learning research on latest trends in career, how to set career objective, learning and improve technical skills, communication skills, how to design perfect CV for jobs.
Speaker told students about various new platforms like superset, introduced by many companies for placement assessment. Students were enlightened towards various coding platforms, online assessment rules introduced by companies during campus placement.
The event aimed to make students aware of various skills required in order to excel in aptitude tests.
CONCLUSION :
The session on “Job Quest.. Aptitude Training” was a highly beneficial event for students, offering valuable industry insights, importance of aptitude training in placement procedures.
