The main objective of the webinar is to focus on Physical Fitness in life to reduce the risk by improving our community during lockdown situations in the country, but this is the time workout is highly important to make you stay fit and healthy to reduce the risk of infection. Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. Regular trips to the gym are great, but don’t worry if you can’t find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none at all. To reap the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day — take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key.

Mr. Mohammed Zahirullah was the speaker of the Webinar. He dedicatedly describes what are the benefits of exercising daily and how it can not only help an individual to live a healthy lifestyle but also helps uplifting mood, boosts energy and also helps regulating sleep cycles. He also mentioned the different types of exercises and shared information about Aerobic activities and strength training. The Major takeaways from the speaker were need and methods of exercise to a healthy life.

The event turned out well. It was a very beneficial session. The attendees got much information about fitness it was a very fantastic and great experience. There were a total of 40 students who showed their interest and participated in the Webinar.
