Later ISF Faculty coordinator Mr. Jayesh Rane briefed about the IETE Student Chapter and events conducted under the IETE Students forum. Dr. Mansi Subhedar, Head, Department of ECS guided students on the importance of Goal setting in life.

Mr. Kedar Ketkar, Assistant General Manager, Technova Imaging Systems, Taloja was invited as a speaker for this seminar. Goal Setting begins with recognition of the current condition and where one wants to be. Once the current and desired conditions have been determined, it is necessary to make a commitment to do something about the gap. He conducted a very interactive session by involving students in the discussion. He explained to students giving real examples of how to set goals and different steps to achieve them. He explained to students about time management by simple matrix.

The seminar was very useful for the students. They interacted freely with the speaker and discussed a few questions and doubts. The session ended with a vote of thanks to the speaker by Mr. Jayesh Rane, IETE coordinator.
