Mr. Amit is working as Agile Delivery Lead/Agile Coach and also plays various roles like Program Manager, Senior Scrum Master, Project Manager, Technical Lead, BA, Java Developer for Cloud Transformation, DevOps, AEM Java & Web. His proven leadership & facilitation skills enable him to mentor geographically distributed & co-located teams to become cross functional & self-organized. He is expert at driving the adoption & enforcement of Agile & Scrum Values based multi-million $ projects.
Total 54 students and faculty have participated the session. The expert commenced the session by explaining What is Agile Methodology, Agile Framework, Why do we need Agile, Who doesn’t need agile, Agile Manifesto. He gave our students insights about how Scrum Framework works. He also told how XP practices complement Scrum. The expert explained difference between Waterfall model and Kanban Model. The main objective of the webinar was to make participants aware about agile methodology adopted in industry, Scrum process, Career Opportunities and certification available in agile field which participants understood by end of the session.
The session ended with Question Answer and vote of thanks by Mr. Rahul Kapse. Feedback link was sent to the participants and E-Certificate was mailed to their registered mail ids. Positive feedback was received from participants.
