Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering in association with the IETE Student Forum (ISF) of Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology (PHCET), Rasayani had organized a Seminar on “Safer Internet” on the occasion of “Safer Internet Day Celebration” on 9th February, 2022 in EXTC Department.

The Seminar Speaker, Dr. Mansi Subhedar explained to students the importance of keeping online information safe from various attacks. Also, topics such as cyber security, using the Internet on Smartphones, etc in safer ways, prevention of various online attacks, Dos and Don’ts while surfing, Security tips for laptops, Mobile Phones, etc. have been covered.
Students and Faculty members of the Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Department attended the seminar. Seminar participation was made free of cost.
