Contents Covered:
The Mini Project Orientation program was conducted to provide SE students with a clear understanding of the objectives, guidelines, and expectations of the mini-project. The session highlighted the importance of applying theoretical knowledge to solve real-world problems through practical implementation. Students were guided on selecting appropriate and innovative project topics based on current technologies and personal interests, as well as forming teams to encourage collaboration and equal participation. The orientation also explained the various stages of project development, including idea finalization, requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation. Dr.Rajashree Gadhave ,HOD ,Computer Engineering Department introduced to make use of suitable technologies such as programming languages, web development platforms, and IoT systems. Clear instructions regarding report writing, plagiarism avoidance, and evaluation criteria—such as creativity, technical skills, presentation, and teamwork—were provided by Ms.Snehal Chitale , SE Miniproject Coordinator. The faculty Ms.Shrutika Khobragade shared several valuable and inspiring insights, highlighting the importance of choosing innovative yet practical project ideas, maintaining well-structured and plagiarism-free documentation, and following a systematic approach throughout the development process.Overall, the session was informative and helped students gain clarity, confidence, and motivation to successfully complete their mini-projects.
