Department of Electronics and Computer Science organized a seminar on “Master Techniques to Enhance Concentration” on March 17, 2025 for all the students of ECS, Computer and IT department. Mr. Shekhar Muzumdar was invited as a speaker for the seminar. He is one of the trustees at Manashakti Research Center Lonavla and now serves as lifetime devotee. He is associated with Manashakti for 42 years. Mr. Muzumdar delved into the science behind concentration, explaining how the human brain operates when it is focused. He pointed out that modern distractions—such as constant digital notifications, multitasking, and stress—can impair concentration. He explained that with regular practice, individuals can train their minds to improve focus and gain better control over their thoughts and actions. He also invited students to visit the Manashakti Research Center to explore the various programs offered for improving mental clarity and focus. Overall, it was a highly informative and enriching experience for all attendees.
