Event Outcome:
The event on Hydrogen Energy: Challenges and Opportunities by Dr Vishaka Gajghate successfully enhanced participants (All FE Students) understanding of hydrogen as a clean and sustainable energy source. Attendees gained insights into various hydrogen production methods, including green hydrogen, and their potential to reduce carbon emissions and support global energy transition goals. The session highlighted key challenges such as high production costs, storage and transportation difficulties, safety concerns, and the need for advanced infrastructure. At the same time, it emphasized significant opportunities in sectors like transportation, power generation, and industrial applications. The event also encouraged participants to explore research, innovation, and policy support required to accelerate hydrogen adoption. Overall, the program fostered awareness, critical thinking, and motivation among students and professionals to contribute towards a sustainable and energy-efficient future.
