INTRODUCTION :
The Aptitude Training was organized by the Training and Placement Cell of PHCET College to provide engineering students with knowledge regarding aptitude test involved in placement drives. The session aimed to make student aware of importance of aptitude skills in upcoming placements.
OBJECTIVE: To make aware all students about aptitude test, provide training to enhance aptitude skills.
COURSE CONTENT / DESCRIPTION :
Preparation for aptitude test to succeed in campus recruitment.
Awareness regarding training programs and placement activities.
Detailed knowledge regarding various aspects of aptitude like quantitative aptitude, non verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, coding and decoding etc.

Speaker :
Mr. Aniket Savardekar is a founder “Truskill Academy” a professional aptitude trainer graduated from IIT Kanpur.
Aptitude Training was organized by the Training and Placement Cell of PHCET College to provide engineering students with training for aptitude skills.
In this training program, speaker discussed important topics like aptitude, reasoning and coding abilities that student need to possess during placement drives. The training focussed on developing following skills in the students.
- Quantitative aptitude: Logarithm, sets, miscellaneous and number system, percentage, profit & Loss, ratio & proportion, time & work, time, speed & distance, problem on ages etc.
- Mental ability: Non verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, coding and decoding, The topics focussed on mastering aptitude and reasoning techniques to excel during placements.
Speaker told students about various new platforms like superset, introduced by many companies for placement assessment. All the students actively participated and enjoyed learning experience from the speaker. The program emphasized essential problem solving techniques and mental ability practices to boost their aptitude skills.
CONCLUSION :
The Aptitude Training Program was a highly beneficial event for students, offering valuable industry insights, importance of aptitude training in placement procedures.
