Performance evaluation for SE TE and BE Students.
The agenda of the Parents and Teachers Meeting was as follows:
- Discuss Module Test -I and Internal Assessment-I results.
- Discuss attendance of students till mid-term.
- Encourage parents to motivate students to participate in Co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Encourage students to participate in TGMS, TPO Session and placement activities.
- Discussed regarding upcoming events HACK OVERFLOW 4.0 & TECH EXPO 3.0.
Contents Covered:
The meeting started with an interaction session of parents with our beloved Principal Dr.Jagdish W. Bakal Sir where he highlighted the student’s academic progress and overall development. and the detailed briefing was done by Dr.Rajashree Gadhave ,Head of Computer Engineering Department where she addressed the gathering and had discussion on various topics such as students attendance, exam schedule, Teacher Guardian Mentoring Scheme, TPO session activities, upcoming activities like HACKOVERFLOW 4.0, TECH EXPO 3.0, etc. with the parents and students. showcasing benefits in enrolling for co curricular and extra curricular activities.Later the schedule was conducted by covering the activities listed in agenda by the Advisor (CAs) and respective subject incharges of the classes. Attendance ,Module test -1 and Internal assessment-1 marks were shown to parents and progress of students was discussed. IA-1 toppers were felicitated by the Dr. Jagdish W. Bakal (Principal,PHCET) ,Dr.Rajashree Gadhave( HOD,Computer Engineering Dept.), Ms.Snehal Chitale (Dept. PTM Coordinator) and Respective Class Incharges.102 total parents attended the meeting from SE,TE and BE . At the end of the session parents filled the Parents feedback form and survey form to express their views. Parents gave excellent feedback for the teaching learning process, accessibility of Teacher/HOD/Principal, infrastructure facilities, learning resources such as library, internet and support services like career counseling, placement etc. Parents were satisfied with the activities and teaching-learning process followed in the department.
