Pillai HOC College of Engineering & Technology (PHCET) organized the “SANSMRUTI” Alumni Meet 2025-26 on 14th February 2026, bringing together former students from the batches of 2012-13 onwards. A total of 160 alumni from across India and abroad registered for the event, marking a vibrant gathering of past graduates. The event was inaugurated by alumni student representatives from all departments, in the presence of Principal Dr. J. W. Bakal, Alumni Coordinator Prof. Rahul Kapse, along with the Heads of Departments and faculty members. This inauguration set the tone for a memorable day of reconnection and celebration.
The anchoring of the event was gracefully managed by Ms. Saloni Agalawe, a second-year student from Computer Engineering, and, Ms. Arya Dhopte a second-year student from the Computer Engineering department. The event featured the official launch of the college’s alumni newsletter titled “Alumni Astral,” followed by the felicitation of eminent alumni from all engineering departments in recognition of their achievements and contributions. Adding charm to the occasion, current students delivered vibrant dance and musical performances that entertained and engaged the audience.
A lavish lunch was arranged on campus, offering alumni the chance to interact with their former teachers, staff members, and classmates while enjoying the hospitality of their alma mater. This gathering not only allowed alumni to reminisce about their college days but also gave them an opportunity to observe the positive transformations the college has undergone in recent years. The event fostered a sense of belonging and pride, as PHCET continues its tradition of staying connected with its alumni. The meet concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Prof. Aamir, bringing the event to a warm and nostalgic close. All attendees expressed immense happiness and gratitude for the opportunity to relive their cherished memories and share their journeys since graduation.
