The Department of Computer Engineering, Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology, organized a Skill Upgradation Workshop on “Programming Essentials” for the Non‑Teaching Technical Staff on 21st December 2024. The objective of the workshop was to enhance the technical skills of staff members, strengthen their understanding of programming, and help them adapt to technological advancements in the institute.

Event Outcome:
The workshop provided participants with a clear understanding of fundamental and advanced programming concepts. It enhanced their technical awareness and encouraged them to develop logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. The session successfully motivated staff to pursue continuous learning and apply programming in automation and daily tasks.
