The Parent–Teacher Meeting for OSAY 2025–26 was organized by the Department of Computer Application on Monday, 24th November 2025.

The agenda of the Parents and Teachers Meeting was as follows:

  • Discuss Module Test 1 & 2 marks and Internal Assessment-I results.
  • Discuss attendance of students till mid-term.
  • Encourage parents to motivate students to participate in Co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Contents Covered:

  • Principal, Dr. J. W. Bakal, addressed the gathering with a warm welcome and expressed appreciation to all parents for attending the meeting. He highlighted various aspects of the teaching–learning process and emphasized the institute’s commitment to academic excellence.The meeting started with an interaction session of parents with our beloved Principal Dr. Jagdish W. Bakal Sir address regarding activities which will be covered during the semester and flow of examination activities. 60 total parents attended the meeting from BCA.
  • Head of the Department, Prof.Abhijeet More, spoke about the initiatives undertaken by the department for the technical and overall development of students. he discussed the performance in Internal Assessment–I and reviewed attendance. Parents raised queries related to lectures, assignments, and the placement efforts by the department and institute, which were addressed during the session.
  • Later the schedule was conducted by covering the activities listed in agenda by the Class Advisor (CAs) and respective subject in charges of the classes. Attendance, Module Test 1 & 2 marks and Internal Assessment-1 results were shown to parents and progress of students was discussed. At the end of the session parents filled the Parents feedback form and survey form to express their views. Parents gave excellent feedback for the teaching learning process, accessibility of Teacher/HOD/Principal, infrastructure facilities, learning resources such as library, internet and support services like career counselling, placement etc. Parents were satisfied with the activities and teaching-learning process followed in the department.
  • The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks on behalf of the department, assuring parents that such interactions will be organized regularly. Parents shared positive feedback, appreciating the efforts of the institute and the department toward shaping their ward’s bright future.
