Event Objective : To enhance self-confidence, communication skills, discipline, and overall personal growth.
The NSS Unit of PHCET organized a Personality Development Session on 29 January 2026 during the NSS camp to enhance students’ confidence and interpersonal skills. Around 50 NSS volunteers actively participated in the session under the guidance of the NSS Programme Officer. The session was conducted by Dr. Deepti Mandlik.
The program aimed to develop self-confidence, effective communication, leadership qualities, and a positive attitude among students. It focused on helping volunteers understand the importance of personality development in both personal and professional life.
Volunteers assembled at the NSS camp venue, where they were briefed about the objectives of the session. Dr. Deepti Mandlik conducted interactive discussions and practical activities covering topics such as body language, self-motivation, goal setting, and public speaking. Participants actively engaged in the session and gained valuable insights for self-improvement.
The Personality Development session was a successful initiative that reflected the commitment of NSS volunteers toward personal growth and holisticdevelopment. Such sessions play an important role in shaping confident and responsible individuals. The NSS Unit plans to continue organizing similar programs in the future.
