Dr. Gopal Rai, Ph.D. IIT Bombay, where he did research for using FRP materials in innovative ways for structures. He has been involved with several prestigious projects both in India and abroad. The CEO of R & M International Pvt. Ltd. He is also the Joint Secretary of IIBE and a Committee member of ISSE (Mumbai Chapter), BIS and ACI (India). He is research is on a wide range of topics including, product innovation, new materials and technologies, thrust on research, and the construction chemicals industry in India. He delivered Seminar on “Retrofitting of Structures” on 11th October, 2014.
