Parents Teachers meeting for the even semester of academic year 2020-21 was arranged online on Saturday, 3rd April, 2021 from 4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Link for the meeting was shared in the class WhatsApp group by Class coordinators and meeting was conducted on google meet.
The students and parents were informed to attend the meeting as per the schedule below:
Roll No: 1 to 20 – 4.00 p.m.to 4.15 p.m.
Roll No: 21 to 40 – 4.15 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
Roll No: 41 to 60 – 4.30 p.m. to 4.45 p.m.
Roll No: 61 onwards – 4.45 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
The points discussed were:
- Concerns of parents during the lockdown
- UT-1 marks and performance
- Attendance of students in online lectures
- Facilities provided in our college
- Rules and regulations of the college that are helpful to the students
Participation: 21 students as per schedule
