Parent Teacher meeting was organized by the Department of Electronics and Computer Science on Saturday 4th February, 2023 for ESAY 2022-23. Principal Dr. J. W. Bakal addressed the gathering with his speech with warm welcome and appreciation of parents for attending the Offline Parent Meet. He discussed about many aspects of teaching and learning, exam and infrastructure. Training and Placement Officer Ms. Divya Nair explained the T & P cell related activities along with the placement record of the previous academic year. She also explained how faculties are taking efforts to prepare students for upcoming placements 2023. She spoke of important parameters for good placements and dos and don’ts for students to get better job profile.
Head of the Department, Dr. Mansi Subhedar discussed the efforts taken by the department for technical as well as overall development of students. She discussed about various curricular and extracurricular IETE activities conducted in the department for students. Class In charges discussed student attendance. Subject in charges explained performance of students in internal assessment – I. Parents discussed few points about their wards with mentors. Meeting was closed with a vote of thanks on behalf of the department and assured parents about organizing such interactions on frequent basis. Parents reported their feedback and offered few suggestions. Parents appreciated the efforts taken by the institute and the department for their ward’s bright future.
