To train tech-minded students and to make them globally recognizable for the first time ever in the history of PHCET, the most awaited student club of department of Information Technology was inaugrated on 10th April, 2022 at PHCET conclave 1. On this momentous occasion it was our proud privilege and fortune that Dr. S. K. Ukarande (Associate Dean, Faculty of Science and Technology at University of Mumbai and ISTE Executive Council Member), PHCET principal Dr. J. W. Bakal, Management representative Ms. Munawira Kotyad, Dr. Lata Menon CEO of Pillai HOC Campus and all the HOD’s of various departments of PHCET blessed us as chief guests.

The inaugural ceremony began with the formal procedure of lamp lighting and Saraswati Pujan to seek the blessings of Goddess Saraswati.

To express our affection and reverence towards our guests our Principal Dr. J. W. Bakal and IT Department HOD Dr. Divya Chirayil felicitate all the guests with bouquet.

We were immensely honoured by speech of Dr. S. K. Ukarande. In his speech he address students of different departments he explored benefits of being ISTE member and ellaborated what actually ISTE is!. As well as he congratulate us for inaugration of ISTE Student Chapter and also wish us for our bright future.

The most awaied agenda of the event banner reveal was done by all our chief guests

After that president of ISTE Nitish Shetty from TEIT explained mission and vision of ACE. Foundation of ISTE Chapter, our website was inaugurated by our website head Rabee Shaikh from TEIT. He explored all the key features of our website.

Then all the ISTE core committee members were awarded with their Identity Cards. Last but not the least, programme was concluded with vote of thanks by IT departments Prof. Prachi Patil. In this way whole event was successfully conducted under the guidance of faculty Co-ordinator Prof. Siddhesh Khanvilkar and Prof. Rupali Sathe in presence of about 80 students of various departments.
