INTRODUCTION:
The Resume Preparation Workshop was organized by the Training and Placement Cell of PHCET College to provide engineering students with knowledge of well-crafted resume in placement process.
OBJECTIVE:
To make aware all BE students about importance of effective resume in interview process.
COURSE CONTENT / DESCRIPTION:
- Importance of effective resume
- Brief explanation of all kinds of points to be mentioned in resume
- Discussion regarding various soft skills, courses, projects to be mentioned in resume.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION :
Workshop on Resume Preparation was conducted by “Seed InfoTech”. Resume building and interview skills plays and important role in getting hired in any reputed organisation. In present times effective resume increases the chances of getting placed in top companies with good salary packages. With this in mind, resume preparation workshop was conducted by SEED InfoTech for 2025 batch.
Speaker emphasized the importance of well-crafted resume in job application process. She provided students with the tips on how to present their skills, experience and education in clear and concise manner, and discussed the common mistakes that can be avoided in preparing effective resume.
CONCLUSION:
The Resume Preparation Workshop was a highly beneficial event for engineering students, offering valuable guidance on how to prepare for job interview, including tips on how to answer common questions, how to present resume with a view to make positive first impression. The Training and Placement Cell of PHCET College extends its gratitude to SEED InfoTech for their valuable contributions and efforts in making this workshop a success.
