To understand the capabilities of students to their very strength to learn prolog logical language and to gain adequate knowledge, Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology, Department of Computer Engineering’s AIDA team organized the workshop on “Prolog” for third year computer engineering students on 6th April, 2022.

Various topics were unfolded by the eminent speaker during the workshop. The following are some of the topics discussed in the session by the speaker:

Contents:

  • Introduction about prolog.
  • Prolog in AI.
  • Rules and facts.
  • How to convert English to prolog facts using facts and rules?
  • Prolog examples.

Event Outcome:

The overall goal of this workshop was to introduce participants about the prolog logical language. Additionally, the workshop gave insight regarding the different rules and facts involved in the prolog. The participants were asked to perform the same on the online swish compiler so that they can understand the prolog language better. The workshop was very interesting and gave the opportunity to learn the prolog language.

Event Feedback:

The workshop was well attended by the third year students. We received a good response from the audience and also they gave very good feedback. All the concepts were explained clearly and understandably. At the end of the workshop, Prof. Rahul Kapse (Faculty Coordinator) thanked HoDs, Faculty members, Management and participants for their active support for making the programme successful.
