INTRODUCTION:

The Accenture Training Workshop was organized by the Training and Placement Cell of PHCET College to provide engineering students with industry-relevant skills and insights into the professional world. The workshop aimed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application.

OBJECTIVE:

To make aware all BE students about placement and training process & recruitment policy of Accenture and other companies

COURSE CONTENT / DESCRIPTION:

  1. Recruitment and training process of Accenture
  2. Brief explanation of all kinds of aptitude questions to be expected in recruitment process.
  3. Discussion regarding time and risk management.
  4. Awareness among students regarding corporate world, difficulties and challenges in corporate culture.

TOPICS COVERED:

  • Introduction to Accenture and Its Global Impact
  • Essential Skills for the Modern Engineer
  • Effective Communication and Teamwork
  • Problem-Solving Techniques in the Engineering Field

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

Mr. Ajinkya explained students regarding importance of aptitude test preparation and self-knowledge in making good carrier choices.

Speaker aware students about various kinds of tools which will be helpful with a view to crack recruitment process of Accenture and other companies.

Student were aware of various techniques involved in learning aptitude, programming and verbal ability and all other necessary skills required to get campus placement.

Talent Battle is a group of educators and mentors who help engineering students to prepare for their campus and off campus recruitment process.

CONCLUSION:

The Accenture Training Workshop was a highly beneficial event for engineering students, offering valuable industry insights, aptitude technical and practical skills.
