The speaker explained about Resume preparation, Group discussion, HR Rounds, new Online Recruitment Process & resources available for preparation and many more. Guidelines were given for Online resources for interview preparations. He gave a checklist of do’s and don’ts of answers of various questions asked during a personal interview. He also highlighted the importance of dress code (as per the requirement of the company). He gave insights about how to prepare oneself for an interview and to prepare responses to few likely asked questions like your strengths, weaknesses, accomplishments, goals, etc. This webinar was very informative and interactive. The students were able to know about the company’s actual expectations from students and how students can prepare themselves for higher studies.
