The Department of Computer Engineering at PHCET, Rasayani, organized a Study Abroad Seminar on January 27, 2025, in collaboration with AM Study Abroad (AMSA). Held at Conclave 2, the session aimed to guide students on international education opportunities and was attended by over 150 students from SE, TE, and BE.
The seminar featured three expert speakers. Mr. Pritam Save shared strategies on selecting the right country, university, and course. Ms. Amrita Menon, Director of AMSA, spoke about financial planning, scholarships, and study pathways. Mr. Rajesh Mehta, Associate Director, explained application procedures, visa requirements, and entrance exams like GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, and IELTS.
Students gained valuable insights into academic planning, budgeting, and the step-by-step study abroad process. A lively Q&A session addressed student queries on university selection, visa processes, and post-study opportunities.
The seminar not only informed students about global academic options but also motivated them to take confident and well-informed steps toward studying abroad. PHCET remains committed to organizing such impactful events that broaden students’ horizons and prepare them for global success.
