INTRODUCTION:
The Study Abroad seminar was organized by the Training and Placement Cell of PHCET College to provide engineering students with knowledge of various opportunities in India and abroad for higher studies.
OBJECTIVE:
To make aware all BE students about various universities in foreign countries for higher studies.
COURSE CONTENT / DESCRIPTION:
- Importance of higher education
- Brief explanation of all kinds of process and exams required to be eligible for foreign universities.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Seminar on Study Abroad was conducted by “IDP Ielts”. Speaker explained student importance of studying abroad. In present times studying abroad makes student aware of different style of education, get to learn different languages. With this in mind, seminar on study abroad was conducted by IDP Ielts on 20/8/2024 to make student aware of importance of higher education in foreign countries.
Speaker emphasized the importance of various processes to be followed while applying for courses in foreign universities. He provided students with the detail knowledge of various processes followed while applying in UK, USA, Ireland, Australia universities. Speaker explained students regarding various scholarships available in international universities for higher studies.
CONCLUSION:
The Study Abroad seminar was a highly beneficial event for engineering students, offering valuable guidance on how to prepare for various competitive examinations required applying in foreign universities. The Training and Placement Cell of PHCET College extends its gratitude to IDP Ielts for their valuable contributions and efforts in making this seminar a success.
