Vaani Gandha is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in various aspects of training, coaching, mentoring, and business consulting within the Learning & Development domain. She possesses a diverse skill set, including driving training projects, identifying new opportunities, designing and managing training programs, and implementing processes for people development. Throughout her career, Vaani has demonstrated her ability to work effectively with a wide range of organizations, both nationally and internationally. Her portfolio includes collaborations with notable entities such as Amity University, Nucleus Software Exports Limited, and the ITS Education Group. Additionally, she has successfully led her own training venture, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities. Vaani’s expertise extends to conceptualizing and implementing customized training interventions for organizations such as Border Security Forces, Indian Technical Economic Corporation, Ministry of External Affairs (India), NCR Global, Media Council Maldives, Journalists and Media Affairs (Guyana), AU Small Finance Bank, National Internet Exchange of India, HDFC, and KRIBHCO, among others. Currently pursuing a Fellow Program in Management, equivalent to a Ph.D., in Organization Behaviour and Human Resource Management from the esteemed Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Rohtak, Vaani’s research focuses on spirituality in the workplace and unlocking human potential.
