The One Day Workshop was organized by Department of Electrical Engineering and it commenced at 10:00 a.m. on 27th March, 2018 in the Architecture Seminar Hall. Asst. Prof. Mr. Aamir Shaikh introduced the Guest speaker Mr. Pramod Bamulkar (AGM-TCS) and Head of the Department, Ms. Pranita Chavan felicitated the speaker.

The guest speaker took over the session with introductory focus on Industrial instrument, on grid, off grid solar system and its safety. The aim of this event is to provide a basic understanding of PV system and used instrument in PV system. The session started with the basic essential topics. Key concepts of base practices and standard operating practices(SOP) in Japanese technology. Mr. Shows the different instruments used in day today life like analog multimeter, pyrometer, solar radiation detector, temperature humidity meter, Earth meter, meggar many more. Also they gave the business ideas to students for doing startup with help of this instrument. The session was two way interactive where students participated any they have drawn Electric power transmission schematic diagram. The Afternoon session was started at 1.40 p.m. on the topic of On / Off grid system, roof top PV system planting and power calculation. Mr. Pramod Bamulkar share some ppt on basic about solar system, solar mounting and its maintenance also, they focused on selection of inverter and how to calculate the total power of used by day today equipment. At the end of workshop speaker has suggested some electrical courses for students after completing their graduation. The session was end with vote of thanks.
