Department of EXTC Engineering organised “Alumni Meet 2021”, online programme to facilitate, consolidate and coordinate Alumni Activities on 4th September, 2021. Alumni meet helps to reconnect with the alumni and celebrate their success and various achievements. For this online program the invitation was given by the alumni committee to the college alumni through personal email, WhatsApp and also by personal messages and phone calls. A WhatsApp group was also run by the alumina association from so many days. The flyer of the meet was spread through electronic media.

The occasion was graced by more than 45 alumni ranging across various batches from various parts of the country working in different fields. They had a good interaction among their peers and also with their juniors. They gave suggestions on how to look for jobs after graduation and also talked about the importance of courses which would help them while searching for jobs. Students asked many questions regarding placements and the alumni shared their views. All were happy to meet their teachers and had a wonderful time cherishing their college days. Some of alumni expressed their views about the college and their memories through videos. Alumni where also keep engaged by the organising committee through different fun events and performances like singing and playing songs.
Feedback was also collected from alumni regarding the organizational aspects of the Meet and their suggestions for improvement in professional training at PHCET. The Alumni Meet closed at a very emotional note. Everyone appreciated the efforts by the student council in organizing the Meet. Everyone departed with the resolve to meet again and spread the message amongst all who could not visit this time.
